Ezekiel 34: 15 & 16 So profound. God never leaves us to wander off. There is always a plan to restore us back to Him. Such a loving father
The human nature knows what is right but doing it is not his nature He may want to do opposite. That's why the help of God is to be sorted after to assist us . So when it comes to right .... You invite God to journey with you through that . Because our right may not be the right thing .... Just as David will also say cleanse my heart and make a right spirit within me and guide me unto the path that is right . In conclusion It is the Spirit of God that causes us to do and to will . He has to hold your hands and teach you .
The thing about GOD is when you avail yourself definitely you will be used . He watches the state of the heart of everyone and there are things to do so if you cleanse yourself and be purged you will definitely be used for the benefit of the Kingdom. Ref 2 Timothy 2:21 21 If you keep yourself pure, you will be a special utensil for honorable use. Your life will be clean, and you will be ready for the Master to use you for every good work. 2 Timothy 2:21
“I will bless my people and their homes around my holy hill. And in the proper season I will send the showers they need. There will be showers of blessing.” Ezekiel 34:26 NLT bible.com/bible/116/ezk.34.26.NLT God blesses. He definitely does, but in HIS own time and in the proper season. This may not always be exactly when we want 🙏🏽
According to Ezekiel 34, a shepherd is meant to take care of the flock, not fatten him or herself while they starve but aside feeding them on the undiluted Word of God, they are to take care of their physical needs as well and ensure they d mo not stray or get lost
For me, the bigger lesson in Ezekiel 35 is that we should not celebrate someone else's downfall and we shouldn’t also build ourselves on another people’s destruction. God sees the heart behind it, and He will deal with the injustice Himself.
