Solomon's wisdom wasn't just about giving wise answers. It had a real impact on the lives of the people. Because he led with wisdom, the people experienced peace, people were able to enjoy the work of their hands, and even other people came to learn from him. It made me think about the gifts God has given each of us. They're not just for our own success or recognition and they're meant to bless the people around us. Again, Heman the Ezrahite , the one who wrote Psalm 88 is mentioned in 1Kings 4 downwards( cnt remember but it’s at the latter end) . He was known to be wise. Now wisdom and faith don't make us immune to difficult seasons. A person can be deeply devoted to God and still wrestle with sorrow, disappointment, or unanswered questions. Solomon's wisdom is said to have surpassed even his. That made me appreciate just how extraordinary God's gift to Solomon was and reminded me that whatever gifts or abilities we have are acts of God's grace, not reasons to become proud.
