Ps 139 summarises how God is Omnipresent and Omniscient . I am reminded that He sees all my heart and intent even before I do anything ,this just makes me want to be more conscious of God at all times
Reply →Psalm 139 David was open to correction. Willing for God to help him through. Everytime you come to God to continue to refine you and draw you closer to him. God has a plan for us even before we know we exist, he forms intentionally and knows every single detail concerning our lives.
Reply →Psalm 139: 7-12 For me, this part is giving “nothing can separate us from the Love of God” No matter how far apart we think we are or may be, God is still ever present!
Reply →David’s writing is a mix for me, on what the heart for God & Gods heart for us, however many things in David’s context cannot be applied to us for God has no enemy, nor does he kill enemy.
Reply →I think we all agree that Ps 139 stands out in today’s read. The magnanimity of God’s power and presence in our lives is close to none. By far my favorite chapter
Reply →Psalm 131 is therapeutic❤️. The kind of psalm you recite to quiet your soul when there are ‘fightings within’
Reply →In Psm 143:10 where David said God should teach him to do His will. It just made me reflect on the fact that we cannot truly please God by relying on just our human nature, this is because the human nature is almost wired to do opposite of the will of God. We need God to show us and make us do His will daily, cos the human nature is weak and limited and can only do the things the flesh wants. Therefore it is important to ask God to help us do His will and this can only be done by constant communication with Him and reading of His word to know His will and purpose for our lives.
