Daniel 9 teaches us that when we see problems in society, our response should go beyond complaining, we must pray and ask God to help us become part of the change we desire. He also teaches us the importance of taking personal responsibility instead of always blaming others. We condemn corruption and dishonesty in others, yet sometimes overlook these same behaviours in ourselves. Meaningful change begins when we humble ourselves, examine our own conduct, and practise the values we expect from others. And can we talk about the audacity of Daniel in Chapter 6?
