1 Kings 22:10-28 & 2 Chronicles 18:9-27 [12] All of these prophets were using the name of the Lord in vain just to perpuate their own agenda. [13] These people were coddling this man! [15] Sarcasm. LOL [18] Maybe of he did good and was faithful to God then the prophecy would have been favourable. [19]"... all the host of heaven..." this encompasses all the angels even the fallen ones, I.e. the lying spirit. Lucifer and his followers still have access to the courts of heaven. [23] God gave Ahab over to the lies he followed after. [24] When people in positions of authority are threatened they respond in violence. [26] "...take him back..." Does this mean that Micaiah was brought from prison? If so, he was probably in tattered clothing, chained and most likely gaunt, but he stood ready to speak the truth, instead of co-signing the false prophecy and maybe gain his freedom.
