Finally Amos 9 reminded me that God is not only the God of one group of nations but He is sovereign over all nations. The fact that Israel had a relationship with God doesn’t mean they should use it as an excuse to do wrong. Sometimes we may feel very superior because we are closer to people in authority but we should always be guided that God sees everything and will hold every one accountable.
