There was a part in 2 Sam that sounded aggressive, when he was talking about subduing his enemies and the flow of it sounded very rhythmic, almost like an angry rap verse on a hip hop track. The humanity of it really stood out to me. It wasn’t about God or even necessarily to God. I like that that’s in the Bible.
