Psalm 121-“I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand. The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.”
There are still things I've asked God for that I haven't received. There are still questions I don't have answers to. But something has changed in me. I'm not as anxious about what is to come anymore. I have found a certain peace and clarity in knowing that I don't have to have everything figured out. I don't have to know exactly how things will happen or when they will happen. I just need to know Who is watching over me.
I’ve been consistent with the things of God, and for that, I’m truly thankful. I know I’m still a work in progress, and I have a long way to go, but I’m grateful for how far God has brought me. I can already see the difference, and I honestly can’t wait to look back one day and see how much I’ve grown. ❤️ More than just completing 200 days, I’m grateful that God is changing me along the way.

Psalms 136:1 from day 196 (This summarises the entire Psalm 136) “Oh, give thanks to the Lord, He is good! For His mercy endures forever.”
I want to highlight the sustaining power of God, over me and my family. The anchor scripture for the sustenance is Psalms 23:4 NKJV “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.”
After grief from January, another storm hit my husband and I on the 19th of July. A storm that could have easily swept me away but I have been kept by the power of God. I am still here and He continues to perfect the healing in me. God is good!

“Those who trust in the Lord are as secure as Mount Zion; they will not be defeated but will endure forever.” Psalms 125:1 NLT
Proverbs 17:17 - “ A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for a time of adversity” The GNBUK says “ Friends always show their love. What are relatives for if not to share trouble?” This is who Burpees have become in my eyes. God has brought me a family for eternity. By virtue or reading and sharing God’s Word daily, hanging out every now and then and simply participating in our just ended Worship Night, we have experienced a bond that is beyond my understanding. I’ve seen people gather on a random evening to lift up prayer for someone feeling down, I’ve experienced people contribute hard-earned money just to support another Burpee. I have seen real love, growth and counsel over the last 200 days, this indeed can only be God
During the Worship Night, there were scripture cards that people were encouraged to pick ‘at random’, I witnessed how several people picked a card that was not just another scripture but one that actually meant something to them. The testimonies from that activity are heart-warming. I’ve also experienced how God has used Burpees to be there for each other during difficult times. It’s a testimony!!
