The best you’ll do is apologize and unfortunately apology doesn’t erase memory, it may do a little suppression but in dealing with others focus… ask yourself if I win this argument or fight then what? Have I won anything of value? Have I lost anything of value? Have I done something irreversible? Was it worth it? Choose kindness, leave always being right for the immature, low self-esteem folks.
