God can and will deal with us if we keep going against Him and continue in our sins. In Ezekiel 32:2, Pharaoh saw himself more highly than God did. He felt powerful when in reality, he was a dangerous ruler. The Bible said he muddies the water meaning he contaminated everything around him.
The entire Ezekiel 37:1 -14 intrigues me so much even though its a popular bible story growing up with its own song as well The verse 3 - 5 stood out to be most because God asked a basic question if the bones can live and as human as Ezekiel was, his answer was very typical to a “realistic situation and answer”. But God being God goes ahead to proof what He is capable through Ezekiel and its a very powerful experience. Ezekiel continued to trust no matter how “absurd” things looked. This shows me that, no matter what “seems dead” in my life, this CAPABLE God is able to turn the situation around and bring it back to life. What a God
Ezekiel 39:29 God’s unfailing love to His people. Its always so consistent and priceless
Sometimes we focus so much on what the enemy is doing that we forget to ask what is God revealing about Himself through this? In Ezekiel 39, God allows the situation to become so undeniable that Israel and the nations have to recognise that He is Lord. The enemy may appear powerful, but he is never more powerful than God.And I love that the chapter doesn't end with destruction. It ends with restoration, God's presence, and His Spirit.🙏🏽
While reading Ezekiel 37, the part where Ezekiel was told to prophesy to the dry bones even though it is a popular verse still stood out for me but this time I paid attention lol. All what I was saying while reading was Who is this God? This is the God who can look at dry bones and say, “I will make them live.” He can bring life where everything looks finished, hope where there is nothing left to work with, and restoration where people have already written the situation off. That is why He is the Sovereign Lord. His ability is not limited by what makes sense to us. Glorrrrrrrrrrayyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!🙌🏽
