Psalm 148 The only thing that came to mind was the song "So Will I (100 Billion X)"
Psalm 136 There is always a reason to praise God. There is always something to be thankful for. Yes, He deserves all the glory and praise for these great and mighty works, but, I think, at times, we tend to only want to see God in the BIG miracles, in the parting of the Sea, that we've become, almost, entitled and even blasé to His daily faithfulness. The fact that you're able-bodied, is reason enough to praise Him. The fact that you're not pill-popping for a chronic illness, is reason enough to praise Him. The fact that the ground doesn't give out from under your feet when you get out of bed every morning, is reason enough to praise Him. The fact that you don't look like your problems, that your able to wash yourself, get dressed and look presentable, is reason enough to praise Him. It's our duty to remind ourselves everyday of how God has stepped in many times, and how He has continued to keep you even without the "holy grail" of miracles.
