Psalm 128 When you live in obedience to God, everyone and everything connected to you shall be blessed. Like Noah, he was found righteous and because of this, him and his family were the only ones spared from the flood. Psalm 129 [1-3] It is okay to speak openly and honestly about your struggles. [4] But the Lord is righteous; he has cut me free from the cords of the wicked." [NIV] serves as a reminder that tough times do not last. God sees you and the time for refreshing will come. Psalm 130 [3] We are ALL guilty. We can only stand in front of Him because of His own faithfulness and new mercies. If His faithfulness and our salvation were contingent on our uprightness, there'd be none left. [4] His forgiveness is not licence to continue sinning. His willingness to have you near should encourage you to do right by Him. His love for you warrants your loyalty.
